Order Status

You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information once your order has been placed. A link to track your order and expected delivery date will be included when the delivery method allows it. 

 

  • Standard shipping: Rate varies (5-7 business days)

  • 2-Day expedited shipping: Rate varies (2 business days)

  • Standard overnight shipping: Rate varies (next day) 

 

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status of "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order. To make changes to your order prior to shipping, please contact us at info@thecigador.com.

 

Order Shipment 

We currently ship only in the United States. For shipping outside of the United States, please send us an inquiry.

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time is usually 5-7 business days. We offer expedited shipping options. ​

 

​Returns

All of our humidors are made to order, so there are no refunds available. Exchanges are available within the first 30 days for any defective or damaged products. 

 

Lost Orders 

The Cigador is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please make sure to keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your return items. If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on your location and delivery method you choose.

 

You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
